The Desktop Support Specialist is expected to schedule, provision and deliver desktop systems and servers. In consultation with Managers you will develop and tune system configurations and communicate scheduling. Service delivery will be performed both in-person and through electronic means. Requests are often interrupt driven while a background of scheduled deliverables will also be maintained.
