    GrammaTech is looking for a Small Medium Business Account Manager to join our team. We are a rapidly-growing company in the software-development-tools space. We have a large number of customers, including many well-known organizations like NASA, FDA, Lockheed Martin, Boston Scientific, LG, and Hyundai.

    • Managing existing accounts
    • Develop a Customer Retention Plan
    • Open new accounts through research and outreach programs
    • Establish prospective account meetings
    • Drive prospective business to close
    • Track and close renewals
    • Work with the Sales organization to drive Lunch & Learn Targets and other events
    • Find and qualify accounts within specific market segments to accelerate sales growth
    • Collaborate with field sales reps and pre-sales engineers



    • BS degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in technical inside sales and/or account management
    • 3 years minimum experience in Software Sales and service
    • Direct experience interacting with, presenting to, and qualifying customers
    • Demonstrated sales techniques within the technology sector
    • Experience in driving to close methods
    • Experience in variable markets
    • Proficiency with MS Office programs
    • Proficient in SalesForce
    • Good working knowledge and understanding of software development and process. The ability for visualize, talk about, and relate to a developer's daily routine is helpful
